The idea for our echocardiography school was born out of a shared passion for teaching and a deep commitment to excellence in cardiac imaging. With decades of experience as a cardiac sonographer and lab manager, Robert dedicated much of his career to mentoring new professionals entering the field. He later decided to explore the opportunity of education. One of his students was Hannah, whose enthusiasm quickly stood out. After gaining experience at Duke University Hospital, Hannah joined him as an instructor, bringing a fresh perspective and a shared vision for what sonography education could be. Together, they recognized a growing need for a more accessible, flexible, and supportive learning path into the field, so they decided to build their own program from the ground up. Today, their school combines Robert’s expertise and Hannah’s innovative approach to education, creating a dynamic and student-centered experience for the next generation of echocardiographers.
